Wir haben genug von der Monotonie auf Partys\, vom allgegenwärtigen Rassismus\, heterosextischer Unterdrückung und dem Status- bzw. Klassengehabe. Es ist notwendig dass wir als Veranstalter_innen\, Musiker_innen\, Securities\, Besucher_innen\, Tänzer_innen\, etc. aufeinander schauen und gut miteinander umgehen. Das heißt\, dass wir füreinander offen sind und gleichzeitig unsere Grenzen respektieren und wahrnehmen. Wenn uns das enttäuscht oder überwältigt\, dann sind wir füreinander da\, hören zu und kommunizieren höflich.  \nNo photo policy! Etwas\, was noch sein kann\, oder nie gewesen ist. Etwas Transparentes. Anpassungsfähig und nichtssagendes\, wie ein weißer Fleck und trotzdem unübersehbar.\nViel läuft falsch. Vieles gibt es zu berichten.\nWir sagen nichts und setzen ein Zeichen der Leere. \nEintritt: Faire Spende  \nViele Menschen sind in unterschiedlichen Ausmaß darauf angewiesen für ihre Arbeit Geld zu bekommen. Wenn wir für Kunst- und Kulturarbeit zu wenig Geld haben\, reproduzieren sich die vorherrschenden Machtverhältnisse\, in denen nur privilegierte Menschen genug Zeit und Ressourcen haben um für Kultur zu sorgen. Gerechte Bezahlung für alle sehen wir als eine Strategie gegen die kapitalistische Schieflage \nWir sind für eine freie Zugänglichkeit unserer Veranstaltung ohne festgelegten Eintrittspreis\, sehr wohl aber mit Wertschätzung für die auftretenden Künstler_innen. Dafür wollen wir die Verantwortung nicht beim Publikum abgeben\, es geht uns aber um ein Bewusstsein für Kulturarbeit. Wir haben neben der Bezahlung zusätzlich noch Kosten für Proberaum\, Kostüme\, Make Up\, Equipment\, Transporte\, Graphik\, Location\, Technik\, etc.  \nObwohl wir aus verschieden Ecken und Stilrichtungen kommen\, wollen wir uns zusammentun um uns in unserer Arbeit als Künstler_innen zu bestärken. Oft überkommen uns Selbstzweifel\, viele fühlen sich isoliert und alleine\, deshalb ist es jetzt wichtig\, füreinander da zu sein. Setzt auch ihr ein Signal!  \nBarrierefrei:\nDas Fluc und die untere Terassenebene kann barrierefrei über die Rampe beim Eingang erschlossen werden. Im Fluc gibt es auch barrierefreie eingerichtete WC-Anlagen (no gender). However\, we are in favour of free access to our event without a fixed admission fee. If we don’t get money in the art and culture sector\, the prevailing power relations reproduce themselves\, in which only privileged people have enough time and resources to provide for culture. We see fair payment for all as a strategy against the capitalist imbalance. \nWe don’t want to hand over the responsibility for this to the audience\, but we are interested in raising an awareness for cultural work. In addition to payment\, we also have costs for rehearsal rooms\, costumes\, make-up\, equipment\, transportation\, graphics\, location\, technical equipment\, etc.  \nAlthough we come from different corners and styles\, we want to join forces to strengthen our work as artists.
